Mirach Metallurgy Co.,Limited is a State-controlling, joint-ownership electrolytic tinplate manufacturer, used to be a metallurgy sales department of the subsidiaries of China National Light Industry Group since 1999. In September 2010, to adapt the requirement of increasing overseas metallurgy market, approved by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), Mirach Metallurgy Co., Limited was registered in HongKong as a full exclusive subsidiary corporation specialized in supplying electrolytic tinplate (ETP) , tin free steel , also known as electrolytic chromium coated steel (TFS), coated and printed tinplate , and prepainted galvanized steel coil / prepainted galvalume steel coil (known as PPGI).
As an integrated manufacturer, our cold rolling machine is designed only for rolling tin mill black plate, the design rolling width is 2050mm, made in China. Electronic control process is from SIEMENS made in Germany, standards by GB/T 2520-2000; JIS G3303-2002; DIN EN 10203-1991; ISO 11949-1995; ASTM A623M-2002, ASTM A653 and ASTM A792.
Application of Tinplate / Tin Free Steel: Food, fruit, milk powder can, paint can, aerosol can, twist off closures / cap, spray and gift can.
Application of PPGI: Household appliance, prefab / portable plank, roofing and automobile.
Main Features of Mirach Tinplate
Provide tinplate in MR, L, and D grade only with its base metal DC04 above to guarantee its sound drawing quality, which is capable of adapting to various application conditions. And electrogalvanized coil with DC05 above is also one of our products in hot.
Cooperated with SGS, the precise and rigorous QC and QA controlling system accordingly to JIS G3303, equivalent as DIN EN 11203 standard distinguishes Mirach’s ETP/TFS from regular ordinary suppliers. The superior base metal flatness (cold rolling process) and smooth tin coating enable the better gloss, appearance and duration properties of Mirach Metallurgy’s ETP/TFS products. Our tin purity reaches 99.999%.
